REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will exchange it for a different size (up or down) for a small return fee based on shipping/return costs.

Please note that refunds are not available for changes of mind.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEM:

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us through our Contact Form.  Please include your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis and will strive to find a satisfactory solution for you.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS:

We accept cancellations and order modifications on orders up to 48 hours after the order is placed.
