Incorrect Addresses Entered at Check-Out.Updated a month ago

We are having many customers report they are not noticing the address they input at checkout is being auto-filled with an incorrectly input address, or in some instances defaulting to an old address on file that they may not be intending to ship their order to.


If you wish to request an address change, reach out to us via our contact form in the Help center with the updated address, and if your order has not already shipped a customer experience representative will be with your shortly. 

We strive to ship your order as soon as it is placed.   Placed orders are automatically routed into our fulfillment queue for shipping.  Due to this, after 36 hours we cannot guarantee any changes to your order. 

Please note we are unable to replace your items if they are shipped to the wrong address.
